Oh, Melissa, I completely feel your Rush pain. My husband is a big fan as well. Unfortunately, I don’t share his affections for them. However, a cycling friend of his recommended that we read Neil Peart’s (drummer and lyricist for Rush) first book, The Masked Rider, Cycling in West Africa, and it was pretty interesting. Since you guys like adventure and travel, it might be up your alley, too. The book chronicles Neil’s bicycling trip through Cameroon – not your typical organized bike trip. He has a couple of other books, too, but we haven’t gotten to those yet.
